QuickFix Container Roof Insulation Kits

Container rain is one of the most common problems in shipping containers. As temperatures rise and fall, moisture can form on the container roof and drip onto stock, tools, packaging, pallets and equipment. QuickFix is designed to help reduce this condensation risk by securing 40mm PIR insulation boards to the inside of the container roof without spray foam, drilling, screwing, welding or gluing.

The kit includes the specialist QuickFix clamps, L brackets and H-trim connectors needed to secure the insulation neatly and professionally. Customers buy generic 40mm PIR boards locally from a builders’ merchant, helping avoid high delivery costs on large insulation sheets.
